We had a phenomenal time at Charisma suites! Everyone was very accommodating and sweet. We found this resort on Instagram and it was exactly as marketed. FANTASTIC!!!! Best property I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we had the best service. Our view from our private hot tub was that of a movie set. Just cant say enough! Hopefully we will return soon!

Great location, really quiet. We did experience some issues with the first room we stayed, but we were able to be replaced immediately and the hotel manager came and helped us move and compensate us with price difference and other things. The view from both rooms are amazing. Highly recommended for someone who would like a quiet place and enjoy the sunset.
