Needed sleep AFTER stay
The bedroom is on the non-ocean side of property where the stairs and hallway are located. You can hear every little noise and people talking when coming and going making it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. There must also be a waterproof pad on the bed that crunches with every movement when sleeping.

Booked The Montreal for a short stay to visit my Coastie. It was extremely reasonably-priced, a 5-min drive to the USCG station, and pretty centrally located on Beach Ave. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, especially Miss Diane, who helped me during a panic when I thought I lost my wedding ring while clearing snow from my car.
