Oct 13, 2026The room was clean and the staff was very professional. However, there was some noise coming from a bar or night club next to the hotel that makes it difficult to sleep. Other than that everything went well.

Oct 5, 2026Exactly as described. Bed was so comfortable and it was separate from the living kitchen area. That was a great room with sofa tv microwave, hob and large fridge with freezer. Great shower.
And excellent value for money so close to the centre of Ottawa. Lovey circular walk to Cathedral and back along the opposite bank. We were only there overnight but would come back and use as a base for a week. Parking in garage next door was efficient easy access and safe, no problem with the check in at a separate building which was close by and managed very efficiently.
For those of us looking for a decent bed and shower and well priced accommodation, I don’t think you could do better.

Jul 4, 2026Good value for its price, located not far from Ottawa downtown, can even reach on foot.
The number was a hit dusty, no hair dryer and body soap.

May 25, 2026Decent place to stay. Pretty clean, accessibility-wise quite poor (no elevator, no accessible door openers and check in is in a different building). You can see right into the hallway under the door. Not horrible, but budget friendly.

Nov 2, 2025Very odd, check-in in one building, park in a second, stay in a third. But at check-in everything was made obvious and we had a good stay.

Nov 3, 2025Check in was smooth but in another building down the street. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was included, in an enclosed garage and located right next door to hotel, and I was able to get two entry fobs for two vehicles no problem. The hotel itself is not in excellent condition but the room was cozy, well maintained and clean. I enjoyed my stay very much :)
