Clean, great rates, and all the comforts of home.

The checkin was welcoming and efficient. The hallways, breakfast area and sitting area with a fireplace were totally clean. The room was updated. Beds were comfortable. We just did an overnight stay on a girlfriend’s time away. Margie, the breakfast gal was amazing and helpful with tips on the area. Everything about this hotel was outstanding.

Right next door to an amazing mini golf course this updated old American Inn hotel had comfy beds, soft, clean carpets, many types of carbs for Breakfast, cookies at check in and a great pool and hot tub.The hours were 7-midnight with the last two hours being adult only. Very generous hours I think. The room was quiet, the guests were quiet and the hotel was located in an easy to reach place.there was a good mini fridge, a good microwave and everything worked in the room as advertised. I liked the desk and chair, the curtains and it was neat to see different artworks on the walls. The staff was friendly to a person and very accommodating. I've stayed in many substandard higher priced hotels. This was a true delight- totally recommend to any older travelers. Come here and let

One of the greatest lodging experiences ever

From the time we walked into the lobby until the time we checked out we experienced nothing but a clean, comfortable stay. The staff was personable yet professional. The pool area was awesome. Hot tub at a perfect temperature. A 10 out of 10 for sure.

Steer clear of this one.We travel the area monthly

If I could give negative stars I would. After being a loyal customer of this hotel, this was our fourth stay this year alone with Blossom, they have horrible management nowWe encountered the very loud jetted tub noise from another room, they said below us, louder than ours in the room, from 11:30 pm to 2:30 am. This noise was so loud there was no sleeping through it. They offered to move us at 1:30 am, but when my husband asked at 8 am, he was told the people checked out and we could not move rooms. Well they didn’t check out and we endured it for two and a half hours that night. We brought it to the attention of the manager and he was rude, a bully and I can see why she lied to us, it is all acceptable. I never leave bad reviews, especially with a place we had grown to love, but this was by far the worst experience. Stay away from room 218, you will not sleep. Which made my disability worse and I was throwing up and had to tell the doc at my morning appointment that I could not get the Botox for my migraines that I desperately need because I was too sick from a dysautonomia flare from lack of sleep. This was brought to hotels.com attention and they were not helpful either, so beware. Also, the beds and pillows are old and broke down now. I hope they get better management as we truly enjoyed them before. To the woman in charge of breakfast, that my husband finished the coffee for because she was too busy talking,the donuts were hard, bread and cereals stale and she was rude

this is a very friendly, helpful place to stay, in any season...a hot tub and pool to soak away your travel fatigue...many small comforts, including 24-hour tea and coffee and cookies...and the location is great; near the state park/beach on the Bay, restaurants, grocery stores, and not far from downtown...you can take the free Bayline bus east and west, too
