Check-in and Check-out was a breeze and they were very accommodating. The grocery service (although a tad pricy) was well worth it since we had an infant and a toddler with us. Having a stocked fridge with snacks, fruit, and milk for the baby made life so easy on travel days. The roof-top pool was amazing for the kids as well as us. The room had plenty of space for all 4 of us and the little outdoor space was great to hang out a bit and/or let the girls dry off post pool. The entire property was calm and clean. Major key was the hill tram that allowed for easy access down to the beach front/boardwalk area. We would stay here again in a jiffy!

The Hotel is well located. Has a nice pool area and great staff. The room was clean and comfy but we were mountain view second floor next to the road…..very noisy!! The shower was big but had zero water pressure. That being said we had a nice time but don’t book mountain view,

We had issues checking in. We provided US passport cards, but the receptionist did not accept them because they do not have signatures. According to Pinnacle this is a requirement for all guests. After talking to the manager they ended up accepting our passport cards combined with drivers license.

This place was amazing! Super easy and efficient check-in. The upstairs pool area was to die for and the room itself was absolutely dreamy for our 20 year anniversary! We left Costa Sur hotel because it was disgusting and at the last minute booked Pinnacle 220 and it was such a treat. I was ready to buy a property there!! Great location. Close to the beach, pier and the boardwalk. Restaurants nearby are great. Hotel is fancy and in great condition. Rooftop bar is a must check.

My family really enjoyed our Christmas week stay. The living space was very roomy, and beautiful. Loved the washer and dryer! The roof top pool was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet, and the nearby funicular really helped with those up hill climbs. We also saw whales in Banderas Bay from our balcony. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested.

In many ways the most beautiful property in the best location I’ve ever stayed in anywhere. The best location in PV, all my friends will only stay there now based on our experience.

There was no tv in the bedroom and the front desk staff was rude. They are highly protective of towels and did not believe us when we said we never received any beach towels. All extras are very overpriced but the property itself was clean and the rooms were spacious.
