When we arrived in the room, we noticed that the carpet had not been vacuumed. Next, we found a used washcloth in the shower and the bathroom floor was dirty. The maid was in the hallway so we asked her to go over it again, but I don’t think she sterilized the bathroom.

When we walked in the room our beds were all ruffled up like someone had been laying on them. One of them, the mattress cover wasn’t even tucked under but bunched up under the sheet. The carpet had several stains on it. There was paper and pieces of garbage under the desk like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The bottom of the toilet needed to be cleaned also. I just feel that the room could have been a lot cleaner.
