They staff was very friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. We have used this hotel multiple times over the years when we stay in Columbus for Sonic Temple.
Office personnel were very helpful. Hot Breakfast was very good: eggs, sausage and potatoes. Also yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, juice and coffee.
The room was clean and updated.
Room 114 was checked twice by staff before check in and during my 2 days stay. 1 the faucet in shower dripped constantly, when the shower was turned on it leaked and sprayed from connection, the body was was never checked by staff it was empty my entire stay, and the sink drain seemed to be draining slowly.
I booked a room with a king bed but because I took my service dog with me I was forced to stay in a pet friendly room with two queens. If I had know that was the policy or had the ability to enter the information that I was bringing a service dog I most likely not booked if the only option was a queen bed.
They lied about fees amount. Booking info was $15 per pet and they charged me $30 for 1 night. Explained by âit gone up but we forgot to change onlineâ
Front seat lady were really nice about everything.
Room was pretty and spacious but toilet wasnât cleaned. Pee stains and curly hair everywhere. Sheets were not clean. Also hair on it and some dirt. I requested clean sheets and changed it myself.
Wouldnât stay there again just because they lied about price!
Well appreciated last minute booking when first booking proved nightmare on check in. Found property and service to meet all expectations. The way a hotel.com experience is supposed to go.
Rooms show some age. 1st room was not cleaned. Was relocated promptly. Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Fridge worked. Bathtub had hair in it. Door lock sometimes worked and sometimes did not. Had to be careful. Lot of ice in front of the door due to storm drain dumping on sidewalk and not the parking lot.
