DFW Airport pit stop.
This was my second visit to this hotel. The first was in 2018. This time around the hotel looked tired and in need a some refurbishment. The breakfast was good, but we don't like the disposable waste from plates, cups and cutlery. This is not very eco friendly. The are ruffles in the carpet in the walkways. On a good note, location is excellent, with nearby shopping, restaurants and easy access to DFW airport.

Comfortable beds- clean rooms
Our day was fine. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The gym was closed, unfortunately due to a leak I believe. The pool was open, but there were no towels for my daughter in the pool area. It looked like someone needed to Get it tidied up a little bit also the plug on the side table between the beds and our room did not work. breakfast was wonderful – everything stayed very well stocked and the girl working there did a great job.

I would NOT stay here again. For a newer local hotel, there is excessive water damage on the floors in both the common areas and the rooms. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. My partner and I both woke up with back problems because it felt like cardboard. The free breakfast was not enjoyable at all (besides the waffle maker) and the coffee was extremely watered down. The bathroom in the room was also dirty and the shower hook and other items were falling off the walls. Don’t stay here - look for other options.

I had an unpleasant experience at check-in. The front desk staff greeted me with a cold demeanor—no smile or friendly greeting. While I was waiting, I noticed she interacted differently with another customer, who happened to be white, treating them warmly with smiles and kindness. This made me feel as though I was not treated equally, possibly because of my race. This experience was disappointing and left a negative first impression.
