We loved the location and all wait staff. Food was mostly good, we loved all restaurants Except Tomatillos. Taco bar amazing . Pools great and beach beautiful with whales visible from shore every day. The front desk staff were not friendly! None of them! So weird because everyone else from cleaners to wait staff even construction workers were super friendly. We did all inclusive and it was also annoying to have to sign a receipt for every transaction even a bottle of water. This made lines last longer everywhere. We had bracelets and have never had to do this at any other all inclusive resort.

Long lines for food and bars. Way too many people yelling down interior hallways all hours of the night. Really bad between 12am and 4am. Letting kids swim in the restaurant pools and splashing tables. We love you property in Cancun, but this one didn’t even come close to that. Employees were very nice and helpful, just understaffed at the bars and food areas.

Service was terrible. One night we could make a food swap the next we couldn’t. Most staff looked miserable being there. Pools were not warm enough for my little and they kept kicking them out of hot tub. Chair reserving wasn’t enforced daily.

I enjoyed my stay at Villa Del Palmar. The property is a little dated but still beautiful. Service was impeccable, and staff was super friendly. Some of the coms were that upon check-in, we were forced to meet with a “concierge” that was trying to get us to attend a presentation. That was not ok. Like I just checked-in and haven’t even been up to the room, why are you trying to sell me a time share on something I haven’t even seen. The food was hit or miss. A lot more misses than hits to be honest. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The resort. We will stay at another location when we return to Cabo San Lucas.

Had the all-inclusive. All the food here is delicious especially the sashimi at the taco restaurant by the pool. Really enjoyed the 24-hour room service that food was also delicious including the ribeye steak and having coffee delivered to our room at 4:00 a.m. Drinks were also very good which also included two different kinds of anejo tequila. Had a great and relaxing time.
