My wife and I had an amazing stay at Neptune. Panagiotis is incredibly helpful and great to have in your corner. He helped us arrange a car, gave information about the island, and navigate a ferry cancellation. Breakfast on your balcony each morning is great. Would highly recommend

Misleading, poor location, loud & switched hotels. Misleading - We wanted to enjoy staying here but felt very misled by the room's description. We booked the room under the pretense that our room would have a "plunge pool"- which is what the room description clearly stated. Upon arriving and seeing the room there no pool.. but rather a hot tub, which I don't understand how they classify as a "plunge pool" (or why anyone would even use a hot tub in Santorini when its 80+ degrees out). The property is very small too, so there wasn't even a community pool we could resort to using. Loud - In addition to feeling misled by the pool, we also slept terrible here. The hotel is very close to the main road and was rather loud early in the morning. Poor location - The location in proximity to everything was also less than ideal. Be prepared to drive 15+ mins or more to do anything. At the end of the day, we ended up switching hotels and Neptune did nothing for the 3 additional nights we had left there. If we had've had a pool, we probably would have stayed. If you book something here, just be sure you understand what you're receiving in advance. While we did not feel this resort was "luxury", I do think it was a good value for what was provided comparatively. However, if you're looking for luxury, stay at one of the Andronis locations.

The girl in the front desk will do anything to please you. Even though the reception closes at nights she will answer her own cell phone just to make sure you are taken care. I am giving this hotel an excellent rating just because of her service!

Beautiful views and wonderful staff.
Our party had three of the eight rooms at this hotel. They were beautifully appointed and spacious. The views from our patios were to the sea and overlooked our private pool with comfy chaises and a table at which we enjoyed our breakfasts delivered daily. The staff was exceptional and responded to our every need. George, in particular, at the front desk went above and beyond on several occasions. Highly recommended, we would be happy to return again.

Amazing view of the caldera would highly recommend this hotel if your staying with special someone:) private plunge pool on the balacony is amazing great tanning spot.... tasty breakfast super clean room with sauna/shower. Just OK..
Perhaps we were expecting too much but this hotel wasn’t anything special. It’s on a main road which means you can hear the cars and in our room see them from the side of our balcony, the amenities are alright, nothing fancy or super luxurious but not terrible. The hotel staff were nice. However, when we first got to our room we were very upset that we were right next to the road. We voiced our concerns and they were very much shrugged off. They made no attempt to make us feel better about the situation, find us a new room, etc. We left feeling okay with the experience despite the underwhelming feeling of the entire hotel and our displeasement with the room location because the view is beautiful and the breakfast served each morning on the balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed having the private plunge pool as well but know you can find this at many other hotels for a similar price that may offer a more romantic, secluded, and luxury experience.

Wonderful Experience
Amazing hotel, rooms were really comfortable and beautiful. Our private pool overlooking the caldera was one of our favorite parts of our trip for sure. The staff were all lovely and super accommodating, and breakfast being served on our balcony for us was a great surprise. Room service food was great overall, and would definitely come back next time we come back to Santorini!

It Doesn't Get Better...True Perfection
There aren't enough words to explain how absolutely perfect Neptune is. Even before I checked in, Vassiliki was attentive to my needs and helped me plan everything from a surprise couple's massage to a surprise candlelight dinner. The service I received from her was beyond anything I've ever experienced. I've been all over the world, stayed at the highest of hotels, and Neptune surpassed them all. Argyro welcomed us perfectly and was so helpful with setting up ATV rentals, giving us recommendations, and helping us plan our day. She was so, so sweet. Again...the staff is PERFECT. The location is right on the edge of the water, with an un-obstructed view of the sea. I couldn't have relaxed any better Our private pool was such a treat and I still dream about the view. You could choose what you wanted for breakfast and enjoy it on your private balcony each morning. This is, by far, the most romantic, perfect, flawless hotel and staff I have ever encountered. Please, don't second guess staying here...just do it. It will surpass your wildest expectations.

Ot is a nice simple hotel with great staff and incredible view at the sea form a private balcony where they offer the breakfast. The problem is with the privacy because it is below the street level so those walking in the street can easily see the people who are swimming in the private pool. otherwise it's perfect.
