This is our second time staying at this hotel. Both times it has exceeded our expectations. Every employee we came in contact with was so nice and so helpful. The room is spotless and so comfortable. We used the pool this time with our granddaughter and loved it. We have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Will definitely be back!

Check in was excellent.
Room thermostat was not working properly. Room was warmer than ideal - even while set to 66.
Proximity to the Santander Arena was perfect. Parking was ample.
Breakfast buffet was lovely. Service was OK (hostess great, server OK).

Friendly staff, clean room, modern appeal, convenient parking all were excellent! Te only downside is the train tracks right beside the hotel. Trains by law must blow their horns while coming through residential crossing and it is very load at night. We had two trains come through while sleeping.
