The hotel itself was clean and in a great location, but service was terrible! We were unable to get new keys are ours lost their calibration because we were told that "the hotel was low on keys" in addition, we were unable to obtain new and dry bath towels as we were also told that "the hotel has a shortage of towels". this was unacceptable as a hotel should provide these basic amenities. The hotel phone also did not connect to front desk or room service at all and we were unable to get ahold of a regular person.

Avoid if possible
They changed my room from double bed to single bed since I didn’t book directly. They finally gave us a double bed room once I called them out through the Hilton app. They put us on the 4th floor then told us the elevators were out. The beds squeaked every toss and turn, plus the springs were poking through. They lost power and accidentally charged my card twice. The pool was out of service two days in a row.

The area was industrial, homeless people in the area. The elevators inoperable, I was placed on the 3rd floor. With me being retired disabled from law enforcement it was very difficult dealing with the stairs.
