Over all the house was beautiful, and very modern and up to date. However, there was a gas issue, and we could not use the stove, dryer, or take showers during the last 3 days of our stay. After contacting the property manager, and having them put in a work order, no one ever showed up to fix the problem, even after we repeatedly called them over and over again. Finally someone told me they could not come out to fix the issue until Monday morning, which did me no good since I was checking out on Sunday. On the last evening (Saturday at 7pm) of my stay they offered to move me to a new home, I declined since I was checking out the following morning, and that would require me to pack all of our belongings (for 6 ppl), and relocate to another residence. Completely inconvenient!! Or they could refund me $100, which I did not feel was fair, since we paid $791 to stay there, and had no access to cooking, washing cloths, or taking showers for the 3 out of 4 days we were there. We choose to go with this vacation home instead of a hotel for the purpose of the amenities. Completely disgusted with the property management team......
