Very bad experiences.
When I booked my room on Hotels.com, I was offered a bottle of wine. However, the hotel told me that it wasn’t included with my reservation. Then, I had to prove with my reservation that I do had it included.
Once passed that step, they told me that as they did not received that info from Hotels.com and this site have to offer me the bottle, not them as they never give free bottle of wine. They told me to complain to Hotels.com. The manager told me, however, that I will receive a gift from him, gift that I NEVER received. So my conclusion is that this hotels as nice staff but VERY BAD MANAGERS.
At the end, I never received nothing.
I complained to HOTELS.com and first of all they told me that I did had to receive any bottle. Once I proved again that it was included with my reservation, they told me that I have to complain to the hotels.
So each side ask me to complain to the other one… Thank you both of you! You should stop thinking that the clients are dump.
