It's OK
On arrival, power outlets in my room didn't work. Took a while for staff to sort it out. Wifi is very irregular, and staff had to ask around for the password. This resulted in a lengthy check-in process. Staff was waiting at airport for pick-up as arranged and scheduled a driver to take me back to the airport. That driver arrived 30min early and staff came to my room twice to tell me he was waiting (despite me saying I would leave at the agreed-upon time, the driver could wait). Overall, it was decent for a 1-night stay but nothing special.

Nice bathroom but no hot water so cold shower. Newer unit so condition reasonable and certainly tidy. No tv reception. Booked and paid for 2 br unit downstairs and had real argument to get it. As only two turned up they insist we only have one room and locked the other. Great security, and the area around looked as if it was needed. Staff attitude was bossy and argumentative,and generally unhappy to help not anything like the rest of Fiji experience. Overall it was ok for a one night stay but would not stay longer or recommend.

Staff very friendly.
We were not in the accommodation we booked but across the road. The accommodation was dirty, smelt of cigarette smoke, the toilet was blocked and leaking all over the floor, and there was limited Wi-Fi connection. We complained and were moved to another apartment which was much better. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The area was not really a tourist destination, but it was only about a 20minute walk, downhill to the harbour and centre.

The space afforded guests was very generous, the facilities were excellent, breakfast was included and also generous, the position was perfect as it's close to the city centre and key features and easy for taxi drivers to find, but it was the staff who really made our stay so wonderful.
