inx design hotel would use again in poland

hotel inx design was clean tidy well run and easy to get to the old town and every tourest site around krakow the food was grate the breakfast was very good lots of choice and good eating times there was a small bar for treats like a beer or bar food the staff booked all my trips for me also cab back to airport and everything run like clock work i just sat back and enjoyed my trips

Lovely modern hotel in central location

Lovely little hotel in the heart of the Jewish Quarter close by the river Visutla with easy access to the old town with its many restaurants and bars - lovely friendly staff, nice decor and clean and tidy. Coffee and tea making facilities - drinking fountain nearby. Lovely comfy bed - could do with more pillows - quiet location as whilst the trams were running early in the morning and late at night I could not hear them.

Lovely hotel

A really nice hotel in a good location. Located in the Jewish quarter, a 20 minute walk from the Old town and there was a tram stop outside the hotel which took you into town in 5 mins. Shops and restaurants next to hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms with good shower facilities and very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff and able to book tours/transfers from front desk. Breakfast was good and lots of range. Very enjoyable stay.

4 nights at INX Design Hotel Krakow

To summarise. Helpful staff. Not a 4 star hotel in my eyes. Rooms are OK (bathroom is too dark, cannot shave properly or put make up on for women) TV channels are limited. Hotel facilities. While the breakfast buffet was nice, there's no real bar at the hotel or restaurant. Just a tiny little bar. The entrance of the hotel from the street is a bit poor as well. The stay in itself was OK but the facilities in the hotel were a bit disappointing. Having said that the good points. Not far from old town by tram 5mns.Also a big shopping mall within walking distance with nice options for food. Shindler factory also within walking distance.

Great Hotel and can only recommend. The city center and beautiful old town is only a 15min walk which feels like 5mins because there are restaurants and shops all along the way. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious as well as very luxurious modern designed. The breakfast was massive. Everything from good coffee over hot and cold breakfast to cereals and fruits. Can only recommend.

Good location with tram stop right outside and within easy walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Room was a little small with not much storage but nicely decorated. Water pressure in shower was on the poor side but bathroom was warm and nicely finished. Great choice at breakfast although breakfast although you had a wait a long time to get seated as staff were mostly through in the kitchen area.

It’s well located a few minutes walk or tram outside from town, room a good size, breakfast ok. Staff super helpful. Downsides, house keeping need to sharpen up. 3 night stay, room barely touched. Toothpaste stains in the same place & damp towels tell a tale. Tours booked via hotel, Saltmines well organised. The visit to Auschwitz, the provider was terrible. Zero pre booked tickets as promised, just excuses, so let’s spend a couple of hours in a local cafe. I’d recommend taking the train & direct.
