It’s a wonderful place, location and the staff were great. However the walls are thin heard snoring all night and the rooms are too dark, did not feel like a beach environment. The breakfast area was very bright and welcoming.

We stayed for two nights and were so pleased. The inn is charming, the staff so friendly and accommodating. While it is not the most modern of rooms … the overall feel is friendly, caring, welcoming… there are great sitting areas throughout with comfy chairs, books, games, puzzles. We enjoyed the historic significance of staying in a former church. It adds to the unique charm of the place. I would highly recommend.

A lovely b&b, minute walk to the beach. Very comfy bed, clean bath. Nice breakfast room w/elegant tablecloths, fresh muffins, cereal choices, bagels/toast. My go-to each morning was the cottage cheese and fresh berries. Nice selection of teas/coffee/cocoa. No fridge/micro in room, but community kitchenette was fine for our needs. Bar service, but we didn’t use it. Games and puzzles, books galore available.

This was one of the nicest accommodations we have ever experienced. The hosts, Dan and Nancy, couldn't be nicer and the facility is just amazing. It is in an old tastefully done Catholic Church. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfasts were outstanding and the facility is an easy drive to restaurants and attractions. We need to find an excuse to get to Wells just so we can stay in the Haven by the Sea once again.

Haven by the Sea is unique; it in an old deconsecrated Catholic Church and so nicely renovated. Nancy and Danny are great hosts. Breakfast was phenomenal, especial the French Toast. It was a good idea to have a bar available even though we didn't use it. Thanks for putting TVs in the guest rooms. We'll be back! Gail & Harry

My stay at Haven By The Sea Bed and Breakfast was exceptional. The establishment was spotless, with beautiful decor that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Nancy and her staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It truly felt like a home away from home.
