I live staying at tru but this was by far the worst experience. After driving for approximately 14 hours all we wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed. I was only given one key and not even offered another when we went to take a shower there was no shower soap and we were to tired to call for it as it would probably take a long time so we showered with the little shampoo that was available. Very disappointed. The door on the elevator was making so much noise we actually thought the elevator itself was broken.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The hotel has a fresh, modern vibe with clean, well-designed rooms that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The amenities were great—loved the 24/7 coffee and tea station, the game area, and the well-equipped fitness center. Breakfast had a nice variety, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. The location was also perfect, with easy access to restaurants and attractions in Tallahassee. Overall, the stay was fine. Bed was comfortable. The room was nice. However, the shower made a creaking noise all night as if like you were spinning the wheel of Fortune and it was slowing down to stop. That is the best way I can describe the sound and the light in the bathroom kept tripping with nothing plugged in any outlets in there. This was mentioned to the front desk and maintenance staff.
