Our stay was fine but what stood out was the service that Logan, front desk, did for us that is worthy of a shout out. First night in, late, tired and we need to park in the overflow lot. No big deal and I wasn’t sure if I parked in the right spot. I came back telling him where I parked which it turned out was incorrect and he said he would call the other Marriot hotel to get it fixed. I heard from my youngest boy, 10 yr, that meanwhile another guest was irate about parking in the overflow, made a scene and Logan handled the situation with poise and calm. The rest of the stay he was always on point to assist. He should be in training for all customer service front desk managers as he was a great example of making a rather standard hotel stay exemplary.
