Worst vacation ever
Our room was filthy when we arrived....and throughout our stay. The women at the reception desk and in the shop...were extremely rude and evasive when we would ask where the all inclusive stuff was...including beach towels, water, safe deposit box, shuttle service to Havana, massage services, etc. Before offering this property through Hotels.com, maybe Hotels. Com should check out the properties they are advertising. The food was absolutely disgusting...and the beer, wine and alcohol was minimal. BESIDE the women in reception and the tobacco store...all other employees were friendly and helpful. I will never return here...and I will never again use Hotels.com

Extrêmement déçu
Les 6 chambres réservées étaient sales et sentaient la cigarettes . Les draps de lits très sales ainsi que les serviettes . Tous est à refaire au 4e étage. C'est bien dommage car l'hôtel est très bien placé. Accès facile à la plage. Cette hôtel n'est pas "Adult only" de plus il y avait des chats alors que les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

Everything is not what it seems.. beauty on the outside but terrible inside. It rained this weekend and halls had leaks. Food was the worst! And the 24/7 bar only has rum and coke, and beer.

The Hotel is in really bad shape, looks unattended, lack of maintenance, there are two elevators, only one was working and the second day of our stay it broke too and we had to use stairs during two next days to access out room at floor 5. The room service was terrible, they did never changed the towels during the whole time we stay (8 days) we had to get new ones by ourselves, dont waste your time claiming for anything, they will give ridiculous excuses and no solutions. The swimming pool was dirty, the water looked cloudy. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location by the ocean, small bars to get a Pina Colada’s and a small straw market, also the beach amenities & staff. The Hotel overall very clean including the rooms, restaurant excellent, lobby extremely clean and modern. Gift shop excellent 👍

It's Cuba !!
For a beach hotel in Cuba, you can't go wrong. Nice room, comfy beds, sea view - even BBC world on the TV ! Food was ok - breakfast omelettes delicious. Free bus to Havana each morning or $20 in a vintage cab. Loads of party people at the pool and massive beach across the road with bars nearby. Only moan was the hotel drinks which were served in tiny plastic cups, unless you brought your own container and filled the staff !!

First of all everything that was shown on line is a lie The property look as though it was right next to the beach, It is not. No information was given at the front desk in regards to getting the shuttle that the hotel provided for you to get in town. The hotel food was awful, really bad tast after the first lunch we started eating off property the restaurants in Havana and near the hotel the food is excellent. They advertise all inclusive that’s a lie only the cheap really bad taste rum, vodka and local beer was inclusive, the local beer is good. Cappuccino always cold, the servers did not come to our except Osmanny the only server who approached the others just stood there and watch us pass by did not offer water the dining room tables was dirty with food crumbs most of the time but with clean glassware and table setting. The pool was really green for the first 3 days , they finally clean it on the last day it really needs a paint job. The entire hotel was dated and need refurbishing. Housekeeping staff was ok they clean the room everyday and made sure we had fresh towels that was the only excellent part. Havana was beautiful the food was great in Havana. Stay away from the Marazul Hotel Food. The drive from the airport is nearly 45 minutes also drive to town was long. Will return to Havana but will never return to that hotel.
