Good location well appointed rooms and excellent reception staff, not a traditional hotel with no significant lobby or dedicated Restaraunt but great for the price

Great location

Great location but no parking and belfast loves to collect money from parking tickets. Parking expensive around that area. Great bar, restaurant, good bar service. Room was okay, bed said it was a king, obviously a kingsize bed in NI is alot smaller than most places! Room wasnt the cleaniest, shower decent with good waterpressure. Couch cheap, Ikea?uncomfortable.

Modern Room in the heart of Belfast

I loved this hotel! Great location - right around the corner from The Crown Restaurant & Bar, walkable to every attraction in Belfast. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and modern, and even had a full kitchen! Highly recommend.

6/10 Good

ok stay

My stay was okay for the two nights I was here for work. The kitchenette was good, as it was easy for me, but the cleanliness of the room was not great compared to what I was expecting—it was dusty, and the table had marks. I was hard to locate the hotel as it was hidden as no signs outside

Perfect location

Staff exceptionally helpful. Rooms basic but clean & comfortable. Close to transport links, concert venues, bars & restaurants and city centre shops. Can be a bit noisy at times with Amelia Bar below.

Fantastic stay and service as usual

As a returning guest, The Flint never fails to impress me. This time around, my room was slightly smaller than usual, but since I spent minimal time there, it was no issue at all. The space was well-equipped with everything I needed, and I really appreciated the extra duvet I had requested ahead of my stay being arranged without any hassle. The real standout of my visit was the fantastic service from Lou at reception. As an assistant reception manager in a Glasgow hotel, I was incredibly impressed by their ability to handle a rush of arrivals while staying calm, professional, and welcoming—especially considering they’re new to the role. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I was The real standout of my visit was the fantastic service from Lou at reception. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I was in Belfast for a wedding and had accidentally bought a belt that was too large, and Lou kindly offered to lend me their spare until the next day, saving me a huge amount of stress. Beyond the great service, the on-site restaurant was a highlight—the nduja arancini was spectacular! I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll continue to recommend The Flint to anyone visiting Belfast.

City escape

The Flint was a very pleasant surprise. We stayed in a city facing suite containing fully equipped kitchen, pristine bathroom and comfortable bed. Best TV selection ive seen in a hotel in a longtime and free fast wifi. Loved the architecture of the hotel esp the reclaimed original features Enjoyed a few drinks in the adjacent Amelia Hall

The Flint NI

Hotel was very nice, service was good at reception and fantastic location. Some room noise due to city centre location furniture quality was just adequate and it wasnt possible to bring alcohol from the bar to the room, due to alcohol licensing.
