こんなものなのかな
喫煙で予約したのに禁煙の部屋でした。喫煙でデラックスに変えてもらえたのですが、予約時に料金が間違っていたみたいでこれでいいのか目の前でもめていました、あと中学生ぐらいの団体客の方たちが廊下で騒ぐ声がうるさく夜も朝も気になってよく眠れませんでした、ホテルの方のせいではないと思いますが防音はよくないと思います。立地はすごくいいところだと思います。
