No what I paid for and Nit helpful at all
When we booked the room it showed one way, when we arrived it was not what I paid for, I told the receptionist and she blamed hotels.com I called hotels.com and the said it wasn’t wrong, I stayed in the phone for 2h they said they will call me back to book a new hotel and that never happened, then the hotel Manager was rude as F**k and didn’t offer any solution whatsoever. Hotel Great, management and workers not so great.

The room was nice and had everything needed. There were a few issues. The pillows/cases in the room didn’t smell clean. Had an issue with loud heater unit in wall but their onsite maintenance solved the issue. Overall it was a satisfactory stay.
