We had a good time staying in the apartment. Retrieving of key into the apartment was smooth and easy. Comfortable and utensils are available for cooking. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. Easy access to places as the tram station is just in front and Flinders Street Station is just a few mins walk away. The only issue was noise as we were allocated at level 2, near to the back street of the eateries. Fairly noisy during the wee hours as vehicles were into the back street, either loading or unloading.

I have rated the overall quite low as the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and there were absolutely NO towels in the unit at all. I had to take off a pillowcase and use this after a shower.

This property was perfect for our girls night away with teenage kids, tram was right out the front and Federation Square across the road. Shopping and food within walking distance, everything close by. The apartment was very comfortable with 2 rooms and two bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and everything that we needed. The apartment could do with a coat of paint but that is only a minor thing. Excellent communication and instructions to access. We were travelling by train so we’re able to store our luggage. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel has a bar underneath which is very noisy until 3am. Noise echoes up from the lane way and through the paper thin glass. Don’t choose this hotel if you want to actually sleep in your room. Paid for ‘superior room’ but got inferior and we were refused a room swap due to the apartments being fully booked. My advice - if you don’t like nightclubs but you want to sleep, do not risk staying here.
