I showed up and there was no one to do the check in, I had to call the onwer. as asked by one of the employees to be answered by the most unpolited and rude person ever. I was shocked by the way the phone was answered. The person barely let me talk and said o didn’t have any reservation there under my name. I said it was done through Expedia and he said they didn’t work with Expedia and if I had any problem, to contact Expedia because it wasn’t his problem.
A very uncomfortable experience.
