全てパーフェクト。 今まで利用した数々の高級グレードな地方観光地ホテルの中でも、一番の中に入るひとつです。 ホテルの立地や環境の良さに、部屋からの眺望や館内至るところの清潔さ、さらにはそれぞれ目的を良く考えたうえでの設備の配置、何一つ導線に不満はなく、逆に感心させられました。 更には、置いてある家具を始め、使っているもののデザイン性や高級感も申し分ないです。 また今回は朝食のみの利用ながら(今旅行において別途3つ星１つ、2つ星２つ行く日程で、サヴォアでは地方郷土料理が食べたかった為)、出された料理の味のレベルは高く、このホテルのメインダイニングのレベルの高さを感じました。特に乳製品は秀逸でした。レストランからの湖畔ビューが良いのも、もはや当然のレベルです。 最後にサービスに置いても、フリードリンクが充実していて、また部屋へのお菓子のサービス等、至れり尽くせりで、更に人的サービスに置いても皆丁寧な対応で、マイナス点が全く感じられない私にとっては大満足のホテルでした。 ホテルスタッフの皆様には、心より御礼申し上げます。
