Self check in machine crashed and wouldn't print out anything no one on reception to help, after 10/15 minutes we found someone to help

Booked a double bed was given a room with one double and twin bunk beds over the double bed, there was no air conditioner as advertised. The room was extremely small! When we asked they said rooms don’t have any a/c. And they all have bunk beds..No ice maker, no microwave even at reception area! Flies everywhere! Windows have no screens!! Staff was friendly!

Larm og gebyr for parkering

Ufatteligt meget larm fra andre gæster og receptionister smækkede med døre til depotrum og havemøbler blev skubbet rundt på fliser lige ude foran ens hotelvindue. Meget stressende oplevelse når man gerne ville slappe af. Derudover kostede det at parkere på hotels egen parkeringsplads. Til værelses stand og pris, burde dette have været gratis.

Unangenehmer Geruch

Alles an dem Hotel ist vernachlässigt und es riecht unangenehm nach Rauch. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und das Frühstück spärlich einchecken kann man nur mit Mühe, und das Erdgeschoss steht mit dreckigen Wäschekörbe voll.
