Not a great room. We have stayed here 5 times before a cruise. Our room was right in front of the elevator and ice machine and on a busy street. Wonder if we dont get great rooms because we booked thru hotels.com. Probably wont stay here again

Convient location
The location was convenient to the water taxi, shops and restaurants. Oceanfront with balcony was a plus. Beach towels and access to the loungers were given upon check in. The staff was friendly and attentive. The coffee service in the room offered only decaf. The espressos were subpar. Other than that, the trip was great.

WORST HOTEL IN FLL
THE SERVICE IN THIS HOTEL WAS THE WORST- GOT AT THE HOTEL AT 11:AM --DIDN'T CHECK IN UNTIL 4:20 PM ROOMS WERE NOT READY. FRONT END WAS RUDE, THEY SAID A LARGE GROUP LEFT AND THEY WERE BACKED UP HERE WE WERE SITTING IN A LOBBY WITH ALL BUSINESS PEOPLE HAD HUGGED ALL THE TABLE, CHAIRS AND THERE WERE NO ROOM FOR US TO SIT. FRONT END SIAD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT...Now for the room- I had to go to the front end every day about 4PM and tell them my room was not made up. They told me that they were having problems with the maid service. WILL THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I was a flight attendant for 16 years, I never had service this bad, WOULD NOT RECOMMAND THIS HOTEL AT ALL..

One day stay after cruise
The property is beautiful! Some things to note, when we checked in we did not have toilet paper in our room and our sink was clogged. We called down to the desk and then had to call a second, but eventually it was fixed. This would not deter me from staying here tho, overall it was a great experience. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed ourselves! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Had an upstairs toilet leak into our room but we were moved to a new room while repairs were made. The couple next door had a horrible fight in the middle of the night waking us, but security finally came and dealt with the issue. Hotel was very accommodating for early arrivals or late departures and stored our luggage and allowed access to amenities while waiting. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We would return.

Shower wouldn't drain
The common areas were nice. The room was decent, a little more run down than I expected. We only stayed a nite and the shower wouldn't drain which is absolutely disgusting. She gave me drink Tix but didnt really seem to be worried about it.

Why did I get charged thru your company and then again with the B hotel? Room had a horrible odor and no balcony that was in the description. Had to wait 2 hours to have maintenance get the mold smell out

B ocean, a joke
Well right at check in, they said it wasn’t ready and had to call 20x to get a hold of someone because I’d been waiting down the street for 2 hours. Others room that weren’t ready either and they were getting offered free drinks and food while the man that I was dealing with just said “we’ll call you when it’s ready”…I asked if he had an estimated time by any chance and he replied “I couldn’t tell ya”. First off, you shouldn’t be in customer service if you aren’t even going to TRY and take care of the guests especially due to inconveniences. Then finally when I was able to get in room 2 hours later, the smell of potent chemicals was so strong I got a headache immediately. Then I tripped over some makeup items that were previously left on floor. So obviously they didn’t “clean” like they said, hence the wait. When I checked out and explained to the lady a little of what happened, all they did was take off my resort fee….im sorry but $48?? You should have refunded me the whole night since I barely used it and was if no help when I was waiting around for 2 hours….

Needs repairs
Room was beautiful but not convenient. Bathroom had no place for ur toiletries and towels. It was cold but not heat. Called downstairs to ask why they brought up a space heater from 1950 did it work so called down again. Brought up same heater cuz it was the last. Still did not work. Outlets didn’t work by the bed they were loose. Very disappointed for an expensive room
