Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel was old and wonderful. I was disappointed that the Hotels.com site did not include any information about fees for pets. When I arrived, they informed us of a charge for our dog. I asked why this information wasn't published. I was told that they had reached out to Hotel.com on several occasions to no avail.

Stay Away
This is an OLD hotel with Old school cleanliness & heating & cooling system. We booked an interior room/ they gave us an outside Motel room. It was cold out there and difficult to move in and out of the room. Room was old, smelly and noisy ( since it was outside the hotel building) When asked the front desk, they were rude/ unfriendly and refused to help in any way. Over all plight of the hotel is bad, needs renovation everywhere.
