The beds were comfortable. I had a suite with full cooking possibilities. TV’s in sitting area and bedroom. Nice safe area and clean. They served breakfast each morning.

I liked the layout of the property and unit. The staff was helpful. The roaches and gnats were a concern. I planned a 30 day stay, but had to cancel those plans. The couch, curtains and carpet were dirty and deeply stained.

Hotel is okay; bring your own pots & plates
Staff was friendly but 1) no remote for the tv; had to ask for it at the desk 2) no blanket or bed spread on bed; only two top sheets & a fitted sheet 3) no iron or board 4) full kitchen but no utensils, cups, plates or pots | pans 5) rear entrance was always unlocked.
If you’re expecting all of these amenities in your room, this is not the place to stay. But the staff was nice - only good thing about the place.

Last minute reservations the lady at the front desk was the nicest person ever! Only issue we had was that the ac in our room did not work. Yet the lady up front took care of it she put us in a different room after hours ( front desk closes at 10) I know she was tired yet she was so helpful and understanding. Loved the rooms we got smelled nice not stuffy at all beds were heaven

Room had roaches and the place looks nothing like the pictures. You have to drive up to the room like a motel and people essentially are living here. It appears as if it was a converted project building.

Terrible. Could never get anybody to answer the phone it was a busy signal the whole 5 days I called even at different times they won’t email back or call or reply to messages.

Room and bathroom was disgusting. Hair in shower. Couch was stained with a red substance. No good amenities for the room to be a suite. Smelled like smoke and urine. Would never stay again.

The second room I stayed in was much better than the first one. There's no "Bells & Whistles" to this place....overall a decent place to sleep.

The staff was very nice, but the hotel is falling apart. I stay at Sonesta's, and they are wonderful hotels, but this one is forgotten about, has no amenities, has no breakfast, and there seems to be a lack of morale from the employees. Treat the employees better and bring the life back to the hotel. This is a disgrace!

Bugs everywhere/trash on floor, dirty room. We got locked in the room because the door was broken. Mold on the vents. Customer service was horrible and they didn’t care that the room was nasty.
