    Screwed by hotels.com

    My husband and I became ill with Covid and was unable to complete this trip. hotels.com said if we called and talked with someone at the hotel and they were agreeable to canceling the reservation and returning our money that they would do that. I did call and talk to the general manager who was more than happy to cancel the reservation and have them refund our money. However hotels.com decided that they wanted to keep that $150. So I cannot speak to any of the amenities of the hotel except to say that the general manager I spoke to was very accommodating and pleasant to talk to you on the phone.

    The staff was rude in ignorant said they couldn't take a credit card over the phone when they actually did it charged for it then you have front desk said didn't say anything came back and said I can't stay there cuz the manager said I couldn't stay there when she was lying they take the incidental fee out of your account instead of just running your car no hot breakfast free drinks had a broke bathroom sink had to drink out of the bathtub

    Worst Hotel and Stay...

    Worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time. None of my requests were met although I was assured in advance over the phone. My vehicle got broken into on their property and all they gave was an apology and said they were not responsible. I could never get ahold of the manager to discuss my issues. Never got room service my entire stay. I requested it and housekeeping confirmed but never got done. I dont throw around the word hate but I hate this hotel. I will never stay at it again. No Hampton Inn anywhere.

    My truck got broken into and 17 other vehicles in one night. They do not have security cameras and some of their parking lot lights are out. Saint Charles is having a spree of break ins Try to avoid the St. Louis area altogether

    We cancelled this reservation as we did with the Sleep Inn. We were there for a family wedding in St. Charles and because of non-stop rain for so many days we decided it was best to drive the 1 1/2 hours home. This reservation was cancelled early afternoon on 6/24/2021. Again....It should not be on our Discover card statement. Thank you for your GUARANTEE!
