The hotel stay was fine except for fluctuating water temperature that made showering a challenge. The Grand Kahler is an interesting place. Food and drinks at the attached restaurants were very good.

Great location and staff is trying to be helpful, but this hotel is in sore need of a renovation. Also, the car valet was backed up by more than 30 minutes both times I needed my car - even after calling ahead.

We were there for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. This hotel has a long standing partnership with Mayo. The room was great, locations was perfect and the staff seemed to really understand that most of the guests were there for medical appointments. The staff was amazing and kind.
