Treated like a second rate customer

Upon arrival, we received the worst room according to the attendant who checked us in. We were there 3 nights, never had maid service, even inquired after the first night. We were told we must have been missed. The ambiance was good, little coffee shop was great. I would book direct… maybe you’ll be treated better.

Anniversary trip.

Beautiful area by the bay with good walking and biking and picnic area. The restaurants were excellent food and service quality. The only drawback was our room required some stairs to get around, not senior citizen friendly. We will still come stay here again though.

Our first room had a lot of challenges- broken phone, television, internet. So they changed our room with a “free upgrade” by all it included was slightly more room and a bay view, that was heavily populated by strangers walking by.

Staycation!

My stay was amazing I can’t wait to come back! The bay being a few minutes away is just the cherry on top! The only things that could be more clean was the shower floors. I thorough enjoyed my stay!

Ok stay

Very big resort… massages were good. Room beds were comfortable and it was nice having the heat warmed in the room. Our toilet was broken and squirted water when we flushed it. Crazy for 45$ parking each night but it is a resort. Shower was big but pressure was like pins and needles. Also they say the pool was heated but it was as cold as iced. Nice and quiet area and resort, besides us being next to screaming kids. Over all I don’t think I will be back. We are never even at the hotel to be paying for 36$ a night for amenities that we do not even use.

Great resort

Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Service was great. The only hiccup I had was not knowing how to use the coffee maker in the room so my morning coffee was a little delayed. But this is a great resort and I will return.
