Nice hotel in a good location
Nice hotel with great amenities like the pool and nice gym. Friendly staff and beautiful rooftop deck. The breakfast was good (if a little pricey compared to other hotel breakfasts). The breakfast was very busy in the early morning and the service was spotty (waited almost a half hour for our coffee and had to eventually go get it ourselves). The one thing that bothered me is that they added gratuity and VAT to ever purchase (the bar, the breakfast) without asking. None of the other hotels six we stayed at during our drip did this. The room and bed were very comfortable and the location just outside District 1 was good.

Great service and perfectly located
The hotel is really well located - walking distance to the touristy sites. The service was great and the staff should be commended. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in Vietnam. Apart from a slight dampy smell when we first entered our room, we were very impressed and happy with the hotel.

Warm Hospitality with a Great Team of Professional
I have been staying here at Mai House Saigon during several business trips and have always been pleased with warmth and hospitality of the staff. Have recommended to my colleagues and they too have been very happy with their stay. Recently I left my clothing item behind and their amazing housekeeping staff was quick to hand over to their lost and found dept. Mr Hunyh from Guest Service was quick to locate the items and all is well. Look forward to enjoying their hospitality with my family in the coming year.

It is a newly renovated hotel. There is a pianist playing piano in central foyer. It is beautiful and has a pleasant welcoming smell as you enter the hotel. The bed is comfortable. Ac is powerful. The service is good. I had a positive experience and I would return again,

We loved the Mai House hotel. From the lobby to the staff, the roof top bar and the great buffet breakfast. We also loved our room and our bathroom had a bathtub which was such a nice surprise. An oasis of calm and luxury. Very professional attentive staff, modern clean rooms, very comfortable beds, soft cotton sheets, this was overall the best hotel in which I stayed whilst exploring Saigon. I tried several different rooms over seven nights, the Premium double overlooking the front was my favourite, but if you need space the junior suite is hard to beat. Unlike some reviews here, I did not find it at all noisy on weekdays and although outside the road gets extremely busy and a little chaotic for an hour when the school opposite finishes it only adds to the charm of the city. I had room service one jet lagged night which was very good but otherwise didn’t eat in the hotel. Many good coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and Grab cars never more than a few minutes away. A special mention to Phuong at reception and also the rooftop bar staff who went above and beyond to make me very spicy margaritas. Will definitely be back.
