We had an amazing 10 day stay at 12 keys. The location is close, walking distance to the Acropolis, dinning, shopping and any transportation you may need to explore outside of that area. Anastasia and Giannis were extremely helpful with eating suggestions, directions, anything we needed!! Anastasia booked us a day cruise which was the highlight of our trip and arranged us airport transportation for the flight home. Everything was seamless!! Will definitely recommend staying here to all of the people we know who are wanting to travel to this beautiful city!!

I really enjoyed our stay here. Yianni and the staff were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Place was a fair size, and rooms kept clean. I liled the location, close enough to acropolis, and i loved being able to walk everywhere. Greece is awesome. Athens is awesome. I can't wait to go back.

12 Keys Athens Apartments came up as an Expedia recommended place to stay due to all the positive comments and my stay is another positive experience, Their larger apartment was very comfortable for a family of 5 people. Location is less than a 10 minute walk from closest subway station. Area is safe to walk at any time of day and night. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance from anywhere between 5 minutes to 20 minutes. Recommend to park your car and walk and/or public transportation. Parking garages near by. The host, Yiannis, was awesome. Yiannis took the time to answer all of our questions. He had recommendations for restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. We had a situation that we needed to speak to Yiannis after reception hours and he answered quickly with the solution. We were a family of three and we stayed at this place for 8 nights. It was a great choice because we could walk to the Acropolis area in less than 10 minutes. There are many good supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Also, the neighbourhood is quiet. The managers of the property contacted before our arrival to give us instructions and once we arrived, they gave us great recommendations about restaurants and bars. The property is modern, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. We were very happy with this place.

Property is well maintained and clean. The host is always available, pleasant and easy to communicate with, and helpful. The area is quiet. The location is convenient with a short 10 min walk to Acropolis itself, the associated metro station, and the areas where a lot of different tours originate. In case walking is unpleasant (due to 95 degrees F for example during our trip), air conditioned tram will take you to Syntagma square in 2 stops. The tram stop is just around the corner. A closest supermarket is 7 min away, walking. Keep in mind, most of the stores are closed Sundays.

Stay was very comfortable. Gianne was fantastic very helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Our luggage was lost Gianne helped contact the local company with instructions for delivery. Answered any question we had and was fun to talk to. We would recommend this place and stay there if we return to Athens.
