We did not stay. As soon as we got to the building we saw garbage and dirty clothes in the hallways and once we walked into the room there was blood in the walls and in the bathroom, the floors were also dirty.

Would not stay again given a choice
I suspect that this hotel can only make money because there are no other choices for parents who want to visit their students during semester changeover. During those times all the other hotels are booked. This hotel was pretty bad. The room had a moldy smell due to the excessive water drips from the ACs. There was no evidence of the floors being cleaned. We stayed for 2 nights and the towels were not changed; the TV didn't work; the dresser just fall off when you pull it. I've stayed at some budget motels before, and this one ranks very near bottom.

It was a comfortable stay. However the tub was super dirty with stick like if construction worker's took a shower and it was not clean. Also we went to use the elevator and it was full of pee so we had to use the stairs.
