Ok for the price
This hotel was the perfect price for a one-night stay. Hotels.com price was $100, calling hotel directly would have been over $200. Room was spacious (jr executive suite) but the pullout sofa bed was not comfortable and mattress needed replacing (old and stained). Ceiling fan had so much dust on the blades it was coming around the edges and on underside of blades. Mini fridge shelves were sticky. Bedding comforter had a big reddish stain on it. Even the window shade had orange rust-looking stains on it. Just a good cleaning would make a huge difference! We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast but it seemed well appointed and the couple slices of quick breads my hubby grabbed were yummy. Check-in clerk was very helpful and nice.

Nice enough
The hotel is clean and the room was nice. The only reason I deducted a star was because when we got there, the air conditioning had been on in the room and it felt like a walk-in freezer. That's not nice when it's 25° outside. We had to turn the heat on and leave the room for a while because it was so cold in there. Also, the breakfast has a lot of nice options on it but they don't taste very good. The sausage is horrible and even the waffles are very bland and tasteless. I think they need to use a different food vendor. Considering the price of hotels in Nashville, I would definitely stay here again because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable and still nice. We took an Uber to downtown which cost us around $16 per trip, so it was definitely worth staying here versus downtown.

Nashville weekend
We had a large room with lots of space. The beds are extra firm, which I am OK with but other family member didn’t care for it. Breakfast was pretty typical more than some. Actually the Biscuit and gravy at the hotel was better than what I had at Cracker Barrel. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

THIS SHOULD BE EVERYONE'S GO TO PLACE TO STAY!
AMAZING customer service, from check in to check out. Always willing to help with anything. Breakfast was beyond what i was expecting. We're from here in Nashville but live in Wisconsin now i was so excited to have true biscuits and sausage gravy. They had pork sausage and turkey sausage for those who preferred it. Cold cereal, oatmeal (not instant), fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, toast, bagels, accompiemants, make your own waffles, fresh juice, coffee, hot tea, fresh tea and fresh popped popcorn all day in lobby. Rooms are very nice, beds very comfy, clean. Towels big and fluffy.
