My reservation included a sofa bed according to the room details and the when I checked in the room didn't have one. According to the customer service, she said that it would have to be an upgrade of room. It seems that the Hotel wants to charge for everything. I wasn't able to take a cooler to the pool or bottle water. They want to sell you drinks on top of the resort fees.

It was ok, the shower needs to be updated water flow is weak in draining tub from shower takes over an hour and over 2 hours when bathing. Fridge took a while to refrigerate product. No microwave in room.

Great size king bed room!!

Hotel was nice and clean, great places to eat, affordable, great location. The hamburger spot in the cantina was great and right in the hotel. Parking was close and secured. Would definitely stay here again. The only weird thing was the guy mopping the cheesesteaks cook area this morning 4/21 @ 6:15am. He looked right at us and asked if we’re still open cause he just wanted to get something to eat. Like he was mocking customers I guess but we weren’t even about to stop to talk to him for anything. Kinda annoying for our last experience of the hotel. Like sorry if customers are an inconvenience to you. Other than that weirdo, the hotel was awesome.

Very poor room conditions and poor customer servic

Paid for strip view room updated room as pictured but was given a run down non strip view, extremely aged room. The rooms are in the c worst shape ive ever seen, holes in the cieling, tiles popping outbin the shower, residue in the showers, lefto v er remnants of past gues, lack of adequate bedding for all sleeping areas. Not all toiletries available at check in despite checking in late. Getting housekeeping service was a battle and even that was a joke and was never actually completed. My beds were only made before i arrived after 2 nights here towels were never changed trash never removed. Awful awful service

All I can say the hotel is outdated - The Lobby, the automated Check In and Out process make you thing is a modern hotel / casino but the maintenance in the rooms say a different ( paint, carpet etc) story. I am not going to go deep in this review (takes time) but value for your money is just not there.

The place is run down, old and outdated. Wallpaper peeling off, holes in the walls, cracks, door and cabinets eroding, hot air coming out of the vents and paint peeling.
