The Hotel Mio offers first class service. Hotel manager Christina is great and her staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Fidel and Alan were so good and very helpful in making our stay a great one. The breakfast is very good and offers a great selection of choices. The pool on the 11th floor is perfect. It feels like a quiet sanctuary. Overall this hotel is well located and the staff make you feel welcomed.

Room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. We added the option for breakfast which was nice. We didn't have to leave to find a place to eat. Rooftop pool is wonderful with a fantastic view. There are lots of lounges and beds so it was easy to find somewhere to relax. There is a pool bar and you can also order food. We would definitely stay here again!

Was really impressed with this hotel. The only drawback may be the location. It was a couple of miles from the downtown area. The pool up on the roof was awesome. Did not eat here. Room was clean and comfortable.

The Hotel Mio is a great place to stay. The Manager Christina is great and if any concerns she is willing to help. Our TV wasn’t working and she stayed after work to personally fix the problem so we could watch Netflix in our room. Ronaldo and Miguel always greeted us and asked if we needed anything. The front desk check in were also so kind to us. Thank you Amanda and Fidel always made sure to greet us with a wave and a smile. These little gestures made us feel welcomed. Our room Christina put us in was excellent. Had a great view and was quiet. The gym is great! The pool has great cocktails and the pool gets sun!! I highly recommend this Hotel and for us this is the place to stay! Thanks Hotel Mio 🇨🇦

There is essentially no soundproofing in the windows, meaning you will hear everything on the busy avenue outside. If you don't mind a very loud room, then the hotel is otherwise clean, well appointed and friendly service. If loud noise will detract from your stay, best to book elsewhere.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The room service food was very good but the restaurant food and service were mediocre. The pool area was beautiful but there was someone there, very loud and bothering many.

We have stayed at Hotel Mio three times. Enjoyed the service and the roof top pool so much. The proximity of food dining is abundant. The view from the Panaromic room is beautiful. The variety of the music the DJ plays can be improved, same beat all the time, maybe its pool music?

I really enjoyed this hotel’s modern construction. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable - I liked it much better than my own. The breakfast needed some bacon with the eggs and maybe a fruit plate on the room service menu. These are minor points.

I really liked how close this property was to the airport, its nice and the staff are very friendly. Only complaint is they force you to put on a bracelet on property, which is annoying when you want to just head into your room.

Hotel was very quite, comfortable and nice. Excellent free WIFI in all areas. Breakfast buffet had many very good options along with a cook to order station. Roof top pool and bar area was fantastic but best of all the entire staff was attentive to any needs and was super friendly. We cant wait to go back.
