Don’t Stay anywhere else but the Four Seasons!
The Four Seasons in NY was truly amazing! As someone who has stayed at Four Seasons properties before was expecting a certain type of level for service and they surpassed it by light years ahead. From the Doorman Big Ed helping me get a car right away because he saw me with my daughters, wife and mother in law in the cold. He always made sure we were taken care of to Chris the Bellman who brought all of our bags up and literally set up our things right where we wanted them. It was truly an amazing experience and I thank everyone there for their wonderful expertise and amazing suggestions. The Guerrero Family had the time of their lives!

The elevators were broken so we had to wait 10-15 min per ride. Also the house staff were not too friendly or helpful. Our drivers to and from the airport were awesome and once concierge Allen was great.

The Four Seasons NYC was absolutely amazing! The room was huge and fabulous, and the service was over the top! The location was within walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. My family of 4 had a wonderful time!

Very disorganized, not as professional as they claim to be. Overall very big disappointment. When you have stayed at places like Taj Mahal Palace Hotel (Mumbai) and Leela’s Palace ( Delhi) you realize how behind North America is in comparison to other parts is the world.
