The resort has undergone some recent renovations and has been nicely updated. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful and the amenities are top-notch.

Everything was nice. The hotel is always beautiful. We did have a mixup in our room as we were assigned a pet friendly room that is typically for customers with dogs. Front desk assistant Rogerio was wonderful in reassign us a room in a different area of the hotel that had a great view and no up charge.

We arrived and were upgraded, immediately to an ocean view room. The entire resort was beautiful and well maintained. We have been going to HH for 25 years. We plan on making this our go-to hotel on Hilton Head. We were really thrilled with the property!
