Our experience
We arrived after 11 pm and the person at the front desk almost made me feel like my arrival was disappointing. I was asked whether we really needed an accessible room; that's what I had booked. I was told nothing about breakfast. The bed was way too hard. I like a firm mattress, but this one was uncomfortable. We got to sleep well after midnight and were then awoken (on a Sunday morning) at around 740 by someone on the neighbouring property using a leaf blower. About 10 minutes later there was some very loud music which fortunately only lasted a few minutes. I recognize that some of these things are beyond the control of the hotel, but it did not make for an enjoyable stay.

It was a bit run down and the area around it appeared run down. Some loud noises came from some room, sounded like a woman screaming. But then, settled down and I heard nothing else. Odd characters seemed to walk around the place. But I really had no problems. I've been in a lot of these budget motels and this one was ok. I slept well. There was a Walgreens next door where I bought all my stuff. No problems. I'd use it again.
