DFW overnight layover - OK
We had an overnight layover at DFW so our stay was very short. Shuttle from airport to hotel was a long wait, around 45 minutes but then again it was the middle of the night. We really just needed two beds for the four of us (2 kids) and that's why we decided to stay here for under $100. The hotel is aged but they keep it up kept good enough for an economical stay. If you are bothered by run down hotels with a slight smell in the room then pay more for a nicer place. If you want 2 beds for 7 hours on an overnight layover for under $100 check this place out

Delightfully welcoming and comfortable
I was really pleased with this hotel, especially at this price point. But this hotel was well rated so I took a chance. And I was nicely surprised!! The front desk staff was soooo nice. I feel this is such an important part of hospitality - feeling genuinely welcomed, so A+++. The hotel itself is not glamourous but it was clean, easily accessible, quiet and the bed was really comfortable. I feel like I got more than my moneys worth here. Highly recommended.

Close to the Airport Hotel
It was a late arrival so we just needed a bed to sleep, the hotel was ok for a layover. Sleep and go, they had the convenience of the breakfast in the morning, that was good before heading early to the airport in the morning. The beds were comfortable, clean and good to rest for a few hours. The staff at the front desk is ok. Call the hotel with time in advance, for the shuttle pick up at the airport because that really takes time. We were arriving from a long flight and took almost 50 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.

Really lovely old-fashioned family-friendly hotel, retro in the best sense. Comfortable bed, 24-hour coffee and tea in the little common area off the lobby. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quiet and affordable.

Good value; ;however, TV service is very poor.
The room was reasonably clean, EXCEPT some of the pillow cases had not been changed and you could smell a previous guest's body odor on the pillows. The TV Service is EXtremely Poor. It's difficult to naviage the channels and basically useless for me.

Run down hotel
Their phone rang busy all the time..could not get a hold of them from airport for free shuttle ride. Elevator was acting up..wouldn't close ..room was tiny and beat up..marks on wall...bathroom shower curtain holder was coming out of wall..needs a major renovation there
