Terrible Room - Room # 645
I was located in a room without desk, and in the back of the wall of my room was the ice maker machine. The unit was noisy all the time. The noise was clearly heared inside the room with the increase of noise when someone uses the machine at 2:00AM. When I requested to be relocated the answer was not nice and the worst is that they did not relocate me. The first night I arrived at the hotel at 1:00AM so no chance to be relocated that day. Two terrible nights.

Great Stay!!!
Hotel was clean, and in a perfect location. Quick walk to the beach with chairs, umbrellas and towels available for your convenience. Pool was perfect for relaxing with pool bar serving up delicious drinks. Pool water is on the cold side but on a hot day you’re fine. Free breakfast is a plus, 2 restaurants on site with a great happy hour. Only downside was the price for parking, guests of the hotel should be comped for considering cost for stay is on the pricier side.

We have been at the resort before and have enjoyed our stays very much. I would comment on the scarcity of umbrellas at the pool. As someone who had had skin cancer, I do need more shade. It was very crowded this time so finding shade was difficult

Amazing last minute trip. The hotel is beautiful. The pool is beautiful and the hot tube is an added bonus. It’s in a convenient location for the beach, night life and airport. I highly recommend.

They stay was lovely, especially for kids. Free breakfast always helps with a family. The hotel is a safe short walk to the main road and beach. The casino isn't very big, but there is bigger Foxwoods down the road. Beach access was easy with chairs, umbrellas, and towels free for guests.

We did not have shower gel and when we requested some the next say, we were offered very small soap bar. Also, there was a power outage the 3rd am, which happens i guess but the front desk was unresponsive.

The hotel was beautiful. It was maintained well with lots of amenities. The walk to the beach was convenient and safe. I enjoyed the amenities such as fitness room, pool, and hot tub. Hotel was in great location.. The rooms were nice size, but had a smell that wouldn't go away..my view was the dirty roof of front of hotel..could def use power wash..The pool was nice...The breakfast needed help..They had same afternoon snacks and drinks daily(should see how Drury does it and mirror it) The lobby area was nice...location to beach and airport were definitely key to decision to stay here...
