Du bon et du décevant.

Le séjour est globalement positif. Hôtel rénové en partie seulement. Les chambres légèrement refaites, literie à changer. Plomberie carrément pas au niveau. Interrupteurs et peintures bof, tout n’est pas homogène. Bouilloire mal nettoyée, baignoire et pomme de douche honteuses. Chambre type suite mais pas vraiment luxueuse. Petit déjeuner rien à redire. Assez mitigé.

Stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. Nice location, great food and wonderful room. This time we stayed in the winter time....the weather was great (not to hot) and the hotel wasn’t to busy. We were happy. As always; lied the food!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room is very big and the view to the beach just Great. The balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. The service and all the staff are just perfect. The breakfast offers an enormous choice and is one of the best examples if the world famous Israeli breakfast. The same is true for the great dinner buffet.

Beautiful service, in a beautiful location.

Our room hasnt been renovated yet, but was a good size with great balconies with stupendous views. Service is AMAZING! To a person, every single employee we encountered was pleasant, helpful and made the whole stay very enjoyable. They responded immediately for questions we had. They sent help within minutes to reset the safe. We have food allergies and we graciously given alternatives. The dining hall is very well run with none of the frantic feelings I've encountered in past trips to Eilat. Fresh, abundant food.

VERY awful service

Too many things I have to complain. Very bad check-in experience because I waited for half a hour and was almost charged twice. I paid online beforehand while the receptionist required me to pay again, not believing in the bank records which I showed to him. After realizing it was a huge unprofessional mistake, the receptionist and the manager even did not give me an apology. The room is spacious but I can’t believe such an expensive hotel does not provide bottle water at all and there is no coffee machine. The towel is not clean and the fridge is empty so it is confusing why I was required to have 200 shekels deposit —- there is nothing in the room a guest can take away. By the way, the other two friends of mine were not asked to have deposit during check-in. The hotel has a wonderful location and equipment but with very AWFUL and double standard service!!!

Cinq petites étoiles ?

Cet hôtel est répertorié comme un 5 étoiles. Il l'est probablement au niveau des équipements standards, mais ressemble davantage à un club de vacances familial. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot. Nous avons réservé 2 suites, qui sont en réalité des chambres familiales, sans le rafinement attendu d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le service d'étage est aléatoire, l'état des chambres peut peut être amélioré et mieux entretenu. Le restaurant propose exclusivement un repas buffet correct. Petit dejeuner varié et agréable. Le plus de cet hôtel est la piscine et l'accès direct à la mer.

Un hôtel plein d’atouts et à recommander

Le personnel est aux petits soins, plein d’attentions ! L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très bon. La vue est extraordinaire et l’accès direct dans la mer est unique. Je reviendrai !

Excellent séjour en couple dans m’hotel aria digne d’un 5*. Très bonne installation, très bien situé. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour les familles et aux coup’es Don’t ca dérange pas d’avoir beaucoup de familles ;)

Le séjour de 3 jours au départ c’est mal passé à plusieurs niveau mais à été à la hauteur en nous offrant toutes nos dépenses supplémentaires dinner et nos boissons gestes très commerciales et la direction c’est excusez dès mal entendu .

Room was not clean and in terrible condition. Windows had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Toilet barely flushed and the sink did not drain.

Aria is right on the ocean with most room having an ocean view. There is a boardwalk with easy access to all the fun and shopping of Eilat. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal. Were six, and several also had massages at the spa and/ or went scuba diving. A vacation well worth the price!
