Elegantly situated in the heart of Paris..
The Hotel is elegantly situated in the heart of Paris which is just a few steps away to the famous shopping and commercial area of Paris. The Rooms were all cleaned and newly renovated. Most importantly the Hotel has a wonderful staff. We have a very pleasant stay there and received courteous and professional services from the time we checked in all up to the time we checked out. I would like to take this time and opportunity to thank ABBI who is very friendly and courteous to us all through our stay at the property. Mr ABBI and the rest of the team at the hotel were the primary reason why I will be staying again at this property. Bravo Abbi and the rest of the staff for a job well done!

The hotel was at a great location only problem we had was that the lighting wasn’t great not much natural lighting or artificial lighting in the rooms, we paid for a room upgrade but still seemed to have an issue with it, otherwise it was a great stay the rooms were very clean and in great condition and the staff were also very helpful

Lobby of hotel was under construction, dust everywhere! We got up grated to room where water tabs did not work! Next room was ok. The next day the toilet did not work! Manager was argumentative and every time we spoke she never admits any problems.Would not recommendato anyone!

The hotel is within an easy walk to nearly every major attraction and museum. Our room (204) was nice size, clean with a very comfortable bed. We had a great view of the Madeleine Church from our room. Lots of nice cafe's with a block or two. The Metro is very convenient. Walking back to the hotel at night was never a problem as the area seemed quite safe. Front desk staff was always polite and helpful.

A very nice room in a great location
The location is great. There is a metro station entrance about 50ft from the front door, and it is maybe a 5 minute walk from the Concorde plaza. The hotel does have a breakfast, and there is a cafe in the same building. The hotel is very nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept great! The staff was very helpful with suggestions and directions. We also walked to the Galeries Lafayette is also a short walk from the hotel. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again.
