This hotel truly is a five star hotel! Impeccable service, excellent food and a state of the art property. Amazing bathrooms, shower, and the location couldn’t be better. You walk three minutes and you’re right inside town. Great gym, open 24 hours. I’ll definitely be back next year!!

The property is stunning and beautifully manicured, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is wonderful and accommodating (esp the concierge, Eleni, who was very helpful with reservations and ordering a bday cake), the food is delicious (Nobu restaurant is here and is my favorite) and the location is absolutely perfect. It’s easy to walk into town for shopping and eating during the day and after dinner / clubs (taxis and Ubers are hard to get at night so you want to be located close to town). The pool is lovely and relaxing. I could go on and on. This is THE only place to stay…you will not be disappointed! 5/5 stars!!!!!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very helpful, the food is great and the pool area is nice. The only thing is price / amenities does not match. We payed $700 dlls per night and we had a lovely stay but my expectations were much more before arrive, for that price. The room is small, the views are not that pretty and you don’t even have water amenity in the room , and the room is modest for a $700 price. I stayed in some other hotels for less and much better than this. Maybe I got a very high rate, Could stay there again but for half of the price.

Every year an improvement, with consistency.
From my previous stays, over many years, as recent as Greek Easter April 2022, every single time is an improvement in the service and quality, without sacrificing consistency. The front desk and concierge service - excellent. The bar staff, from Nikos to Lefteris: friendly and excellent. Rooms are in pristine, clean condition with beautiful touches. Finally Matsuhisa managers and staff, especially Stathis, always deliver superb food & of the best service in Mykonos. It is not a trend, it is most certainly a destination.
