When I checked into the room on Tuesday afternoon I turn on the tv it wasn’t working,I called front desk they sent maintenance got it fixed.I went out for dinner came back to the room and saw 2 roaches that i killed 1 by the bathroom door and the othe 1 by the light small roaches,went to bed the next morning I saw another by my bed as I was ironing.Checked out and told the front desk clerk about it.

Friendly staff, quick checkin, had lvt floors instead of carpet which was nice and clean. Big room. Couch with trundle bed. King bed, nice pillows and sheets. Close to many good restaurants and shops.

One night staff before we sail

Washing machine on the 6th floor doesn't work. I had to go to the 4th floor to utilize the washer and dryer. The TV remote in room 616 doesn't work to turn on the TV, the maintenance had to come up to the room and advise that you have to turn the tv on manually on the tv then use the remote. I feel sorry for the maintenance crew if this is the way the TVs work.

Rattling air conditioner

The air conditioning unit was so loud and rattled. I had to shut it off, I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. I could hear the unit from the room next door. They need to fix them. We couldn’t pull the shade, the curtains were thin. There was a light outside our window that was so bright my husband actually got up at 1am thinking it was morning. They need shades or drapes you can close like most hotels have. The floor was sticky in front of the bathroom sink. I never write reviews, hope someone from Marriot reads this .

Great Customer Service, excellent room & hotel!

We stayed here three days prior to going on a cruise and two days after the cruise. The front desk clerk, Shawn, was a customer service queen! They were able to get us into our room early and because we were early, we enjoyed the pool area while we waited for our room. We would have gotten in even earlier if we had not specifically requested a handicap accessible room. That room was excellent for my mobility challenged 86year old mother.

Great room, had a lot of space and was clean. We arrived early around 10am after getting off a cruise, they let us check in as soon as the room was ready around 12pm. Great location, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
