Very Disappointed Stay
The property is outdated. The pillows are completely worn as well as the room conditions. The cleaning team is disaster. They are very loud, singing and loudly talking at the corridors 8am in the morning. They don't really care about the other guests who are sleeping in the other rooms. The breakfast should not call a breakfast. it is so shame for having such poor breakfast under the Hilton brand. They should either cancel the breakfast service and reduce the nightly charges, or should give a proper breakfast to the guests. They should have 24 hours tea and coffee service, yes they are, but never got a hot coffee, all time cold...The A/C unit in the room was very noisy and very difficult to have a good sleep, overall the stay was very disappointed...

The hotel is over used simply because of its proximity to the beach - rooms had not been cleaned upon check in and a/c needed to be fixed instead of giving us another room we had to wait. Room was never cleaned. I cleaned the room floor - it was filthy as u can see in pic. Water is everywhere all over the hotel lobby from people coming wet- very dangerous. Breakfast area tooo small to accommodate the number of guests they have so don't count on breakfast unless u are there right away in the am

75th Birthday Get A Away
My stay was excellent. The only issue as parking. The rate wasn’t, high, but I later found out that handicapped people don’t pay for parking. When I spoke to front desk, I was informed I should have said something at check in. I will make sure to say something next time we make reservations. We go to Pompano Beach quite often so I know I will be checking availability for the next trip down.
