I stayed for two nights. On the first day, I was exhausted upon arrival and went to bed early. The next morning, I discovered that the back of the pillowcase was moldy! I asked the housekeeping staff if it could be replaced, but he said he had no authority to make that decision and that I needed to speak directly with the front desk.
I went to the front desk with the pillowcase and explained the situation. The lady at the counter responded with a dismissive attitude, refused to replace it, and even implied that it was my fault since I had already spent a night there. I canât imagine my face being in contact with something moldy for an entire night.
This isnât my first time staying here, but it has been the worst experience Iâve had at any hotel!
Please inspect your pillowcase carefully when checking in, or the front desk might suggest that you caused the issue!
